WATERCRESS SMOOTHIE

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 handfuls of chopped watercress
  • 2 pots of soy yogurt (250ml)
  • ½ lemon

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Put the watercress and lemon through the juicer. Add the juice and yogurt in a blender and blend until smooth.
