INGREDIENTS:

  • 400g of spelt
  • 1 red pepper diced finely
  • 1 green pepper diced finely
  • 1 yellow pepper diced finely
  • 2 tomatoes deseeded and diced finely
  • 1 celery stalk diced finely

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. In a large bowl soak the Spelt Jewels until soft and then drain.
  2. Add the finely chopped vegetables and mix well.
