REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Due to the type of product and nature of our juice programme (perishable goods), we cannot offer a refund unless goods are faulty or not as described on the website. Damaged products, either through delivery or product failure, must be photographed and emailed to our email address immediately. Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 all other products we supply we offer a refund on return of the goods supplied within 7 days. You may reschedule to another date with no additional charges if we are notified of such changes at least three days prior to your start date. Cancellation can be processed up to 3 days before your chosen delivery day with a full refund. 48-24hrs before your delivery day we can allow cancellation, however, we will retain 50% of the price paid due to processing costs of the juices. Any cancellation within 24hrs before the delivery day we are unable to refund the cost to you.
Whilst all attempts are made to make deliveries next day, Juice Programmes use a courier service and occasionally deliveries are up to 48 hours. We are not liable for late deliveries due to a failure of service via the courier service. Over 48 hours we will offer a full refund.
