JUICE PROGRAMME DELIVERY
NATIONWIDE JUICE DELIVERY
Frozen juice programmes are shipped for via courier, Tuesday to Friday 8:00am to 6:00pm and Saturday between 8:00am to 1:00pm (when ordered before 4:00pm the previous day). Orders placed after 4:00pm will be delivered on the next available date via Courier unless stated otherwise.
Your juice programme should remain frozen during transit, giving you enough time to unpack and place in the freezer. If you experience any defrosting, please read our FAQs. The night before you wish to start your cleanse take the next day’s juices out of the freezer and put them in the fridge. They will defrost overnight, ready for the next day. Just shake to mix the ingredients.
You will also receive a full menu with instructions on how you can make the most out of your juice cleanse. This will include the expiry dates of your juices, as well as a full calorie breakdown.
Your delivery can take place between 8:00am and 6:00pm, unless your have upgraded to premium before 1:00pm service (additional surcharge will apply per item ordered). We also offer a Saturday service before 1:00pm (additional surcharge will apply per item ordered).
For deliveries in the Highlands and Islands, please contact us on email@example.com to check delivery time scales based on postcode.
Orders received by 4:00pm GMT will be delivered via Courier the following day, unless specified differently:

Unfortunately, due to the perishable nature of the product, it is not possible to deliver on a Sunday or Monday.

RECEIPT OF FROZEN JUICE PROGRAMMES
Frozen juices are packed in well-insulated packaging, and should remain frozen during transit. Upon receipt of your programme, we strongly recommend storing frozen juices at -18 degrees (min.) Celsius (typical domestic freezer). If juices arrive partially defrosted and unopened – juices may still be transferred to your freezer, before commencing your programme. In the unfortunate event that juices arrive completely defrosted or damaged, please immediately contact us to arrange a replacement.
Collection is available from our offices in Castle Donington, Derbyshire, Monday – Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) between 9 and 5pm (GMT).
Juice Programmes currently deliver to Mainland UK, Northern Ireland and the Highlands and Islands of the UK only. We are unable to process orders to Europe and Ireland at this time due to the nature of the product.
DODDLE DELIVERY POINT
Unfortunately, we are unable to have juices delivered to any Doddle delivery points due to the perishable nature of our juices. All our deliveries are delivered by courier straight to you.
